Major Inspection Checklist

• Check P/S systems for leaks and low fluid levels
• Check axel boots, flex disc, center bearing, and transmission amounts
• Check clutch hydraulics for leakage
• Check exhaust systems, mufflers catalytic converter and oxygen sensors
• Check brake disc, brake pads and brake fluid
• Check front wheel bearing for free play
• Check and adjust handbrake cables
• Check tires, pressures and wear pattern
• Check coolant level, pressures test cooling system for leaks
• Check charging system (battery and alternator)
• Check V-Belt condition and tension
• Check accelerator cable, hood and door hinges
• Check spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and distributor rotor
• Check air filter and A/C filter
• Check safety and electrical functions (headlight, tail lights, etc.)
• Stamp book on newer cars and renew door sticker
